The e-notarization is done through video conferencing and using a One-Time-Password (OTP) received by email and phone of the principal (a person giving a POA). The video call is carried out by the notary public to verify the identity of the principal and the principal’s consent to issue the Power of Attorney. After the e-notarization, the electronic POA is sent by email to the principal.
